Yeah Yeah Yeah... I know this is a PRETTY stagnant blog... oh well! let me make my meagre attempt to spruce some life into this!!
Yup.. SRC is just over for us... for me, this is the last SRC ever... well.. mixed feelings, i should say.... For one.. i'm quite glad that my competitive career is coming to an end soon... this marks the 2nd last tournament of my softball life... Nationals is coming up soon... DARN.....
BUT... don't know why i'm feeling quite sad... for the past 5 years we've been hustling in n out of padang during the march hol weekends... Its been quite a fun experience moving around... finding places to warm up... scrambling from one field to another... running (RELUCTANTLY) to the stinky makeshift toilets... taking shots of/with each other... but most of all, enjoying each other's company as a team. Well.. Padang will always remain as a significant place to me...
YEAH.. now to complain!! Stupid HC... oh well... its not their fault at all actually... errors by us la... no use trying to find excuses ESPECIALLY for myself.... CRAP... Take that: "HEY ME!! YOU SUCKED TODAY!!"; yeah... pretty bad for me today... didnt get a satisfactory hit... pops here n there...then i got coach zhang yellin at me for not listening to her to steal base... afterwhich i got REALLY pissed. hmm... i feel so guilty... always make her so angry. N though i know that i'm the one at fault, i couldnt help but get pissed back at her... gulpz.. OK... then it was a STUPID collision with Queen... was supposed to be my ball... but i took one step to 1st base at first, HESITATING, before runnin towards the ball... then i heard Queen call... I EVIDENTLY heard it!! n my brain must lag 3 sec before i could comprehend n tell my leg to stop moving. Thats real dumb, u. could've hurt ppl... Later on there were2 more HORRIBLE pissifying throws... Which could've gotten the runner out if not thrown by me.... n may have changed the stupid situation around. So conclusion.... ba-a-a-d performance... GO STAND ONE CORNER!!! (*sobz...*) Match score: 4-3. VJ lost.
Oh wellz.. we hung around having lunch at Raffles...Food Junction!! + Desert!! brings back memories eh... Then we went back to support the guys match.. yeah.. the guys have been pretty nice this year... ... actually they may have had been nice last yr, but my prejudice against the yr 3 guys last yr didnt allow me to discover it. haha... i only started knowing some of their names and started talking to some of them recently... yeah.. like ben, yok cheong n armando... CAN U BELIEVE IT.. armando has been in computing class for so long.. n i never got to talk to him .... or maybe u should say that i hardly talk to people i dont know... which some people would think that i'm dao... haha... maybe... but... i really am bad at remembering people's faces n names... unless i see them all the time n actually go n notice them. Oh well... i'm not really a people person so LIVE WITH THAT!!
Mom n Mel picked me up later on n we went FOSTERS for high TEA~~!!! Did i mention i've been on an eating binge like since 2 weeks ago.. SHEESH.. i'm so gonna gain back all the fats.... but i kant help it... i'm real happy when i eat!! EATING IS BLISS!! wahahaha... what a pig huh... ANYWAY.. Fosters has ABSOLULTELY the bestest scones around!! hot, piping scones, crispy-ish on the outside, crumblingly soft on the inside... spread with margerine whipped cream n jam, it becomes a heavenly combination for the perfect high tea!! (sounds like commercial?? hmm....) Hung around Holland V for awhile... so scared that coach might drive past n see a familiar jersey floating around.. OOPS..... NAH she wasnt around to catch me.... too busy at Kallang field having national training!!
I think i'm such a xi xin yan jiu person... some time ago i said i wanted to do Mass Comm in Uni.. then it went back to my childhood dream of Medicine... then Environmental Engine caught my attention, followed by lifesciences n chem engine... NOW its the new NTU course ... double degree for BioTech n Traditional Chinese medicine!! I mean, how cool is that??? last 2 years will get to live in Beijing summore.. ... hmm.. maybe that's bad.. coz i hate to be away from home, and the language problem is quite bad since my chinese proficiency dropped to an all time low ever since i stopped taking chinese last year... (REALLY.. i cant believe when i spoke BROKEN chinese to coach zhang that day.. so embarassing... higher chinese?? BAH.... ), plus the difference in climate n living conditions there... [ok see now i'm starting to change my mind again]. SOMEBODY HELPPP.... i need advice.... TCM? Environ engine? Medicine? or Pharmacy? maybe bioEngine? ...........

School starts TODAY... 1 week holidays? seriously aint enough... ok i'm like the billionth person saying that. Quit whining.
