this stinks.... my legs are aching again.....

Guess WHAT!?!?!? I got shot by a put.... sheeshz... luckily there was all the lipid portion that cushioned the impact on my thigh... but.... now its like.. OW....bruise... which is not visible yet.

Stupid...training on wed n friday at CHOA CHU KANG1!?!?!? SHITMANZ... i dont want to go... i dont know how to go...i dont know how to come up with new excuses to tell.... But really... track is super... monotanous.... throw.. and throw.... sprints, gym...

Which brings me to the next thing... I CANT THROW... is that very surprising? no.. not really.. i knew i couldnt throw, ever since sec 3. I'm not a throwing person. Cant throw softball, cant throw shotput... now that i'm shotputting, i'm incorporating some softball movements, which is BLOODY WRONG. And thats stupid. Coz i'm putting something wrong into something even more incorrect. What the shit.

Today, my house was installed with new aircon!! Now its a system 3... my study's airconditioned!! Eh.. but it was bad.. coz my rheumatism acted up while i was in the room. its still hurting now... PAIN... GROAN...
Because of all the intolerable noise and dust, I got fed up and went to the void deck next block to TRY mugging. The wind was super strong, the sun was scorching like crazy... strange match. The seat was low and hard, the table was too high. Talk about uncondusive environment. But... it was quiet.... maybe i should bring pillow to stuff under my butt next time so i'll be higher... Wei hao came later n joined me in mugging chem.....

Aches n such.... i'm really old...
