BANGKOK WAS A BLAST! shopping shopping and more shopping... and we won both games!! haha... first against some sports school...3-13. YEAH! 2nd game... well.. it was more like A-div vs C-div considering their size.. argh... 7-14!
First hotel was... not quite what i expected... i THOUGHT THEY SAID IT WAS A 4STAR hotel.. hmm... in the end the yr 2s got separated from the yr1s and DSA... sigh... and yr2s were given pretty lok kok rooms. GEE... Ostracize us huh... HMPH. But still live-able la... kinda missing my room now. 1209!! Meals there were ok la.. though one or 2 dishes at breakfast always looks as if they re-cooked the previous days' dinner.
First day was exciting.. getting to know our rooms and all.. and running to each other's rooms. And we went MBK the first day... WAH SEH.. walked about 20 min there.. and another 20 min back... tiring, but.. fine.. help to burn calories.. haha. And practically the whole team got Birkenstocks!! 199 BAHT... haha.. the 199 accent... stuff everywhere are 199...
2nd day was spent Free n Easy. Went to platinum mall to shop.and we saw Apinun there!ahaha..Veron was so excited... Dinner at this table BBQ place.. GOSH.. cannot compare to those in Singapore man...and the luncheon meat was like plasticine... and there was this... annoying boy... kept bugging the guys... and AWW... Ber got a rose from May.. so CUTE!! =)
We were supposed to wake up at 6 the 3rd day.. but GUESS WHAT...i forgot my phone had S'pore time.. so me n bong got up at 5.30am Thai time that day,... WAHHHSEH... and i had a miserable time on the bus... needed the loo badly.. had to "ren" for a whole half an hour. but i think it still cant beat the time in Shanghai man.. that was THE extreme.... ANYWAY... The weather that day was great for game! and the field rocks!! was a long day though... had to wait for the guys to finish before we could go back to hotel. but in the end we went straight to the eating place... the owner looked like a fierce obasan!! and the good wasnt all that great.
4th day... FREE AND EASY!! yay...we went back to MBK...i got my new watch.. and i'm DAMN happy with it! unexpected buy though...was just looking around when jo was finding a watch.. and WHALA!!! 400 BAHT...ok la... and bong bought a pair of coloured contacts!hehe...Grey one... and it makes her eyes look ABIT bigger...=) later on at night... we celebrated da QUEEN's birthday! hehe.. SHE didnt suspect anything.. YAY.. finally one successful stint!......eh... no.. 3rd.. the first one was Bong's birthday last year... 2 weeks early?!? and the 2nd one was Bong's birthday THIS year.. at BK. HAHAH.... oh yeah! ber jo n i did facial with mud masks from watsons!! WHAAHAH.. hilarious... mine was exfoliating mask.. ber's was peel of mask... jo's was... eh.. Some strawberry mask... and boy did it work well! face seemed smoother after that. HAHA.. YAY!
5th day.. Woke up at 6am this time. hahah... went to Princess Chulabhorn School, or something like that. We were warmly welcomed...people were nice there.... ,........ but abit TOO nice.. and quite scary too.. while we were playing game these flocks of kids jus came up to us.. asking us for NAME, NIckNAME, TEL. No., ADD, EMAIL ADD, FAVORITE FOOD(??!?!), FAVORITE COLOUR(?!?!?)...[well. the last 2.. at least for me la...] reminds me of pri school autograph books. *DOTS*... later that night we went shopping at Suan Lum night bazaar.. first time i saw such a well organised bazaar! welll, maybe cause those in S'pore are PUNY and messy... and we went for THAI massage later at night... WHOA.. SHIOK manz...i fell asleep... the person had to wake me up to flip me over.. HAHA.... we mudshook that day... jo ber n i... Bong fell asleep n i couldnt bear to wake her up... OR RATHER.. i couldnt... hahah... last minute packing too....
LAST DAY.. HMPH.. woke up at 5.30 am to get ready for Chatuchuk market... but when we got there... HA!!! most shops were close.. BEI PIAN LE!! nothing much there in the morning. man.. really want to go there at night...Ber got a nice white+turcoise Addidas jacket. BER! its nice la... i think it rocks on u! dont go mulling over Yan's... =) then i went to highlight my hair.. HA.. cant really consider it highlight... DARN.. should have left the thing on longer... the colour isnt very prominent... and that was a whopping 700 BAht... darnz... it was only 500baht in Hattyai...ARGH.. wadever...
On the plane.. started to think... that'll be one of the last times we'll be so close... really hope we can stay like this forever... it'll be easier with the rabbits... but.. very difficult with da dragons... i dont even get to see Joy, ZM, Jean, Trace, Nat, Winnie, HuiFang now... i'm scared that we'll end up greeting each other like strangers next time... sigh.. got so depressed i kinda wept on the plane.. haha. but so dark, no one saw ba... REALLY LOVE MY TEAMMATES!!! =) *sob*....
Its been a very nice 6 days with my dearest softballers... another unforgettable experience... another dear memory.
