ok. I got lost in orchard for the first time in my life.

Supposed to go to Tanglin mall after half day of work. Appointment with Luke to choose my therapeutic TEMPUR pillow. HAHA... after much lying about and squeezing i decided to get the Millenium Edition Medium sized pillow. YAY so excited. Cant wait to plonk my head on the squishy pillow.

But i got lost GETTINg to Tanglin mall. Walked down the wrong road. From Orchard MRT i walked up to Tangs via underpass. Thereafter i walked down the row, pass Grand Hyatt and beyond Far East. i went FURTHER as far as Goodwood park hotel n the condo before that, before i FINALLY REALISED that i was getting to Newton MRT instead.SHEESH. under the blistering heat! i was dripping like mad. Gave up and went into Far East to enjoy the aircon before continuing on my journey. Haha. so I walked back to Orchard Mrt, then down Zara... Forum... and TADA. i reached. ACKZ. wasted 1 whole hour getting lost.

My dear rabbits were supposed to meet for dinner at Settler's Cafe. ( But the stupid place was fully booked till 11. HMPH. is it really that popular?!?!) Met Bong at Plaza Sing. SHE WAS IN A DRESS!! HAHA i was shocked. in a GOOD way! =) GO BONG!!! then we walked around abit... ate takopachi. Took a train to Clarke Quay. When we found out that we couldnt have dinner/play at that place. Waited for Ber n Jo before we walked down to Chinatown. HAHA i love that place. So much nice food n interesting sights. OH SHUCKS i forgot to buy my beh teh su biscuits...

I introduced them to the SINGAPORE HERITAGE RESTAURANT!

its the first (or maybe still the ONLY) heritage restaurant in singapore. haha. the food is GREAT! my 2nd time eating there. We had BABY KAILAN in OYSTER SAUCE. GOOD. We also had LEMONGRASS SEAFOOD CONGEE or something... and the most exotic dish was the JACKFRUIT FRIED RICE! WHOOHO it was GREAT!!! one thing to say. ABSOLUTELY GOOD DINNER. For those who are interested, its a few shops down once u come out from Chinatown MRT.

Thereafter Marge Joined us.... again i introduced them to a desert restaurant... i like the desert there... all oriental style. But some interesting twists though! like the HOT COKE with GINGER smthsmthsmth... sounds weird. HMM...

Ber and Bong had ta leave early. So the remaining 3 of us walked an HOUR from CHINATOWN MRT to CITY HALL MRT. ... dots. i hate walking. We were all perspiring... but it was quite enjoyable... got to digest our food anyway. Passed through one fullerton. reminds me of the toilet inside. the floor is SO SMOOTH n SHINY that u can see whats going on in the next cubicle. NOT KIDDDING!!! but that was 2 years ago... on the night of Sec4 prom when we went exploring out of our hotel room. HAH. We took many pictures. But somehow ... ... ... our self-taking photography skills seemed to have deteriorated ALOT. couldnt get a perfect shot with our HEADS TOTALLY WITHIN THE FRAME. oh well.

Busy but fun day! lots of walking. ok fine burn fats.
